The Plain Bellied Emerald is a small hummingbird found in Central and South America. It has a vibrant green plumage with a lighter green belly. These birds are known for their incredible agility in flight, capable of hovering in mid-air while feeding on nectar from flowers. A fun fact about Plain Bellied Emeralds is that they are among the smallest birds in the world, with some species measuring only a few inches in length.
