The Blackburnian Warbler is a small songbird found in North America, particularly in the eastern part of the continent during the breeding season and migrating to Central and South America for the winter. It has striking black and orange plumage, with a bold black face and throat, bright orange throat and chest, and white wing bars. A commonly known fact about the Blackburnian Warbler is that it is named after the English botanist Anna Blackburne. A fun fact about this bird is that it is known for its unique high-pitched song that resembles a thin, squeaky wheel.
