Hummer on a Garden Quail

The hummingbird, a tiny marvel of iridescent greens and shimmering reds, is native to the Americas, thriving from Alaska to South America. Known for its rapid wingbeats that create a humming sound, it’s the only bird that can hover in place. Fun fact: some species migrate over 500 miles nonstop!
